Your permission to use the app

OSLLC grants you non-exclusive permission to use Mizan Calculator on your compatible devices for personal or business calculations. OSLLC claims no ownership of your calculation results. Do not distribute a modified app as if it were OSLLC's product or use it to infringe someone else's rights. These terms do not replace the licenses of open-source components or rights granted by law.

Free functionality

The calculation functions provided in this release are free. This release contains no subscription, in-app purchase or advertising. Using it does not authorize a future payment. If optional paid additions are offered later, their scope, price and any renewal or cancellation conditions will be shown separately before purchase. The calculation functions of this existing free release will remain free; no retrospective fee will be charged for past use.

Calculation scope and accuracy

Results depend on your inputs, selected units, number format, the assumptions shown with formulas and rounding. The app is a general-purpose calculation tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, medical or safety-critical engineering advice. Check inputs, units and results against appropriate independent sources before important decisions. Report an error to support with the app version and steps to reproduce it.

Exchange rates are daily reference data, not live buy or sell offers or your bank's transaction rates. The app identifies source dates and manually entered values. Provider data, connection interruptions, institutional fees and rate differences can change the outcome of an actual transaction.

Your data and external connections

Calculations are processed on your device. History is stored locally when your save-history setting is enabled, and settings are also kept locally. Clearing them, resetting your device or uninstalling the app may remove local records. OSLLC cannot restore those records from a server. Keep any results you need in a secure place of your choosing.

Refreshing rates or opening external source, privacy or support links may require internet access, and your connection provider's charges may apply. Data processing is explained in the privacy policy. When sharing, you choose the destination app and recipient.

Updates and ending use

Updates may be released to correct errors and maintain compatibility. Material changes to terms or data processing will be described in a dated notice before the relevant release, with separate consent where required. These terms do not introduce retroactive charges for earlier use. You can stop using or uninstall the app at any time. If the app is removed from a store, applicable store rules and user rights will be respected.

Your legal rights and support
